Sheldon Real Estate is a small independently owned company established in 1993. Located at 59 West Silver Street in one of the oldest buildings in Westfield, built in 1735, pre-dating even the American Revolution. Our company covers all areas of residential real estate, including single-family homes, multi-family homes, new construction, land, investment properties and light commercial properties.
ROBIN SHELDON--Robin has been licensed for 30 years, obtaining his realtor license in 1986 and broker’s license in 1989. He started his career with Richard S. Thomas Real Estate, which was the largest realty company in Western MA and northern Connecticut at that time. He managed their Westfield branch office and West Springfield main office before taking a position managing Realty World in Feeding Hills from 1991-1992. In 1993, he opened the doors to Sheldon Real Estate and has been managing the company ever since.
HENRY
DUBAY--Henry graduated from Chester High School, served 4
years in the US Marine Corp and worked extensively in the communications field
for Associated Press in various positions throughout the country. Henry’s real estate experience includes buying
and selling real estate in locations from Boston to San Francisco before
settling back in Western MA. He has
served on the Huntington Sewer commission, Water commission, Finance committee
and Highway Dept. amongst others. He
also continues to own and manage numerous properties in the Westfield area. In his spare time, Henry enjoys sports,
rehabbing old houses and spending time with his grandchildren.
WILLIAM St. PETER--William
has extensive experience in the home energy assessment field working for Mass Save
and other energy efficiency groups.
William also worked in the home construction field in his family
business before that. Obtaining his real
estate license seemed to be a natural continuation of his work history. In William’s spare time, he enjoys coaching
his children’s sports, fishing and hunting.
William resides in Russell with his wife Nikki, daughter Kiera and son
Aiden.
